![]() ![]() Phase I of the project consists of tradeoff studies, parametric analyses, and engineering studies leading to conceptual definition and evaluation of a commercial hybrid power system that has the potential for supplying economically competitive electric power to a utility grid in the 1985-1990 time frame. Bechtel in-house controls and those to be used in directing the subcontractors are described. ![]() The project plan and the management controls that will be used to assure technically adequate, timely and cost effective performance of the work required to prepare the designated end products are described. A management plan is presented for implementation during the Solar Central Receiver Hybrid Power System - Phase I study project. ![]()
